Our Buffalo are raised outside, naturally on grass pastures. We do not use any growth stimulates or antibiotics in our meat. Water buffalo meat is healthy and lean. This meat has the most nutrients and vitamins than all of the typical meats you find. It is also low in cholesterol and fat.
