Ludovic Andre is a first generation farmer and is starting up Solstice Farms.
Solstice Farms plans to be a certified organic vegetable and fruit farm located in Sergeantsville, NJ. Solstice Farms will bring fresh local produce to Mercer and Hunterdon County and will specialize in the production of Elderberry.
